I was a bit worried about finding the hotel, but the lobby on the 3rd floor was a calm and welcoming surprise. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring Tokyo, with a subway station just 5 minutes away. Plus, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Urawa Washington Hotel for a comfortable stay in Saitama.

I had a great stay at this hotel and there were a few things that really stood out to me. the location is fantastic. It's just a block away from the train station, making it super convenient to explore the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Thirdly, the basic amenities in the room were great. Everything I needed was there and it was all in good condition. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious. There was a good variety of options to choose from and it really set me up for the day ahead.

I had a superb stay at this hotel near the railway station. the location is fantastic - just a short walk from Urawa Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially the manager who went above and beyond to assist me in English. Finally, although the room on the 9th floor was compact, it was well-decorated and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

The only downside, if I had to nitpick, would be the limited options for adjusting the temperature in the room. However, it was not a major issue as the room temperature was generally comfortable during my stay.
